Matthew Whitfield Spain Jr., MW2, holds a distinguished four-year career specializing in the design, development, and curation of prospectus and marketing materials for both private and public real estate clients.

MW2 Career Highlights:

• Spearheaded the creation of all prospectuses and marketing materials for a successful 8-figure private real estate fund.
• Managed the development of over 20,000 sq.ft. of residential real estate (single- and multi-family), from raw land acquisition through Certificate of Occupancy. 
• Acted as the marketing arm for three startup real estate companies, curating all marketing materials.
